A: Savor …. Jackson is the exclusive caterer for the JCC.

Q: What type of catering do you provide?
A: We offer a full service, on-site catering staff managed by Savor … Jackson. Also, unlike other places, Savor … Jackson is dedicated to customizing the perfect reception you’ve envisioned. We realize every event is unique (or at least it should be) and that’s why we’ll help you craft your idea of the perfect reception with the assistance of our catering professionals. From menu selections and floor plans, to table settings, we will assist you on every aspect of your event to make the process as simple for you as possible.

Q: Do you have menu options for vegetarians, kosher, gluten free, etc…?
A: Absolutely. Your Catering Sales Manager can walk you through the specifics.

Q: Can you create a custom menu to match the theme of my event / meeting / wedding?
A: Absolutely!!! That is the fun stuff! Your Catering Sales Manager can walk you through the specifics.

Q: Who do I call to book an event?
A: Contact our Sales & Marketing Team at 601-960-2321 to book your next event.

Q: Does the JCC provide event staffing, ticket takers, ushers, security, EMT’s, etc…?
A: Yes. Staffing levels will be based on your event details. You can contact your event manager for more details.

Q: Is wireless internet access available at the JCC?
A: Yes

Q: What ticketing company does the Jackson Convention Complex use?
A: Ticketmaster. You can purchase tickets at www.ticketmaster.com or at the MS Coliseum box Office.

Q: Is there parking available at the JCC? How much does it cost?
A: We manage approximately 1,200 parking spaces around the JCC, and they are FREE! There are also other nearby parking locations that do charge a fee.

Q: Can you provide the audio-visual support for my event?
